Modesty and femininity seem to be a lost trait in America today. This is a shame. For those of us women who strive to be more distinctly feminine in our apparel, it is often difficult to find clothing items - in particular skirts - that not only fit our budget, but our appeal. I present to you what I have found in my search for what I believe to be modest, feminine skirts. Most of these skirts are gently pre-owned or new without tags.
